    an after-hours emergency service outside of normal operating hours of 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday for its customers who have a current visa application lodged with a diplomatic mission. 

    The after-hours support team is available to assist our customers with imminent cases of emergency. All support issues which do not fit into this categorization can be logged through CIBTvisas Self Service on our website and will be dealt with on the next business day by one of our team.
