Sample of the Business Travel Requirements for a Singapore Visa for Indian Citizens
Passport
The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:
Have at least two blank visa pages
Be valid for six months beyond exit date
Not be damaged in any way
Photograph(s)
You must provide two colour, passport type photographs that meet the following criteria:
Be taken within the last three months and printed on high quality photo paper
Be taken against an all white background
Be 35 mm by 45mm in size
Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
You may wear neither spectacles nor headwear except for religious purposes
Your photos should not be affixed to your application and they may not display evidence of adhesive or staples
Business Cover Letter
You must provide an original Business Cover Letter from the applicant's Indian employer. All letters must be printed on company letterhead that displays an Indian postal address in order to prevent a rejection and possible delays with your visa request.
Note that most embassies require the Business Cover Letter to be dated within one month of application submission.
In addition your Business Cover Letter must:
Be addressed to The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi
Specify the exact entry and exit dates and duration of stay
Be signed by an authorized signatory
Include the full name and contact number of the signatory, clearly mentioned alongside the company stamp
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:
Include the applicant's full name, passport number and date of birth
Specify the exact entry and exit dates and duration of stay
Be signed by an authorized signatory whose NRIC card number starts with "S"
Include the full name and contact number of the signatory, clearly mentioned alongside the company stamp
Be signed by the same person who signed the Letter of Introduction (V39A Form)
Be addressed to The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi
Proof of Travel Arrangements
Details of travel arrangements. This must be provided as:
A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel
A copy of the hotel confirmation showing hotel's full name and contact details
Supplementary Form
One fully completed and signed Letter of Introduction (V39A Form) provided in the CIBTvisas application pack. The form must:
Be signed by the host company's authorized signatory whose NRIC card number starts with "S"
Be signed by the same person who signed the Letter of Invitation
Visa Application Form
One fully completed and signed visa application form

Provide the CIBTvisas Order Form included in this kit.
Please note that all card payments will only be made upon completion of the visa application process.

Applicants must provide the original of previously issued passport(s), if applicable.
Passports not issued in New Delhi
This must be provided as a proof of address (i.e. a copy of a utility bill in the applicant's name or a valid lease agreement) if the applicant's passport is not issued in New Delhi

This must be provided as an original covering letter from the applicant. This letter must:
Have a subject line indicating the purpose of visit
State passport details
Include the purpose of visit, duration of stay, and travel dates
Be signed by the applicant
Visa Application Form
One fully completed and signed visa application form

Employed Applicants

Self Employed Applicants

Student applicants must provide the following documents:
College ID card
NOC letter from parents
Parents' ID with signature
Additionally, if parents will sponsor student's expenses during the trip, a copy of the parent's most recent bank statement must be provided. The bank statement must:
Show a minimum balance of Rs. 100,000
Be stamped and signed by the bank
