Proof of Vaccination
A copy of a COVID-19 vaccination certificate. This certificate must:
- State the name of the applicant
- Include the date of vaccination
- Indicate full vaccination against COVID-19
Visa Application Form
One fully completed and signed visa application form. The form must:
- Be completed in block capitals
- Be printed and signed by the applicant in blue/black ink only

Business Cover Letter
You must provide an original Business Cover Letter from the applicant's Indian employer. All letters must be printed on company letterhead that displays an Indian postal address in order to prevent a rejection and possible delays with your visa request.
Note that most embassies require the Business Cover Letter to be dated within one month of application submission.
In addition your Business Cover Letter must:- Be addressed to "The Visa Office, Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, 2/2, Shanti Niketan, New Delhi"
- Indicate applicant's personal details (name , date of birth, passport number, designation)
- Indicate the nature of business to be performed and name and address of the reference to be visited
- Be signed by the authorized signatory with name, designation, and contact number
- Be stamped with company stamp
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:
- Be on company letterhead paper
- Be addressed to "The Visa Office, Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, 2/2, Shanti Niketan, New Delhi"
- Include the applicant's name, date of birth, job title and passport number
- Bear the stamp of the inviting company
- Bear the signature of the inviting party
- Be attested by the Algerian Chamber of Commerce, with seal and signature
