Tourist Travel Requirements for a Cambodia Visa for Indian Citizens
Mandatory Digital Arrival Card Requirement
All travellers to Cambodia are required to apply for a mandatory E-Arrival Card within 7 days before arrival. The E-Arrival card can be applied for here free of charge.Please note that:- The E-Arrival card applies only to air border crossings (airports). Tourists entering Cambodia through river border crossings must fill out the usual paper form on arrival.
- The E-Arrival card is not an electronic visa, it is simply an electronic form replacing the paper form that travellers had to fill out at the airport upon arrival.
- All travellers, even those with an issued electronic visa, must complete the E-Arrival card
Visa Conditions
To be eligible for the Cambodia eVisa travellers must enter Cambodia through one of the following ports:
- Phnom Penh International Airport
- Siem Reap International Airport
- Cham Yeam (Koh Kong)
- Poi Pet (Banteay Meanchey)
- Bavet (Svay Rieng)
- Tropaeng Kreal Border Post (Stung Treng)
- Sihanoulville International Airport
Travellers entering through any other ports must apply for a visa at the Embassy.
Cruise Passengers
Travellers arriving in Cambodia on a cruise ship are not eligible for tourist electronic visa.
Eligibility and Documentation
The Government of Cambodia utilises an electronic visa issuance system which is the equivalent to a visa, but no stamp or label is placed in the passport.
To be eligible the traveller must:
- Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with one blank visa page
- Hold proof of sufficient funds
- Hold proof of onward/return flights
- Hold proof of hotel reservation
- Hold all documents required for the next destination
